You asked me to remove you from the e-mail notifications on the comments section as you get notified in triplicate every time - unfortunately I do not have your details as my website doesn't save them and as you actually opted in by ticking the check box I would suggest the easiest way to stop this happening is to click "unsubscribe" in your e-mail. I had this happening myself some time ago and that's how I stopped the notifications. Hope this is helpful.
